First Visit Expectations

Your first appointment will consist of an assessment to evaluate your abilities and restrictions. Client safety is our main priority. You and your Therapist will discuss if there is a need:

  1. For you to obtain a physicians note stating that you can participate in an exercise program. This is to ensure that if there are medical restrictions; we can design a program to fit your needs
  2. To provide your most recent bone density report. This is for those whose main mode of transportation is a wheelchair (within last 3 years)

A treatment plan is then developed and designed to meet specific needs and goals for activities of daily living, work hardening or sport conditioning.

Follow Up

Our program is tailored to your individual abilities and goals. Sessions range from 1-3 hours depending on Therapist recommendation and schedule availability. The main focus of our program is on our nerve stimulating manual therapy…Learn more about Our Program
